Kaeser's Sigma Air Manager, SAM 4.0 offers integrated control of multi-unit air compressor system. Because compressed air is one of the largest utility costs, it is essential to avoid running more machines than necessary, and at higher pressures than required.  

SAM 4.0 will select the most appropriately sized air compressor to meet the demand, stabilize system pressure, and balance load hours, in turn avoiding unnecessary motor stops and starts. Kaeser's Sigma Air Manager 4.0 continually writes algorithms, learning historic patterns and habits. Real time reporting of energy consumption, maintenance notifications, flow and pressure performance figures, and alarms enables you and your team to plan accordingly for service intervals, budgets, and operational costs. Modbus TCP, provides remote monitoring, with Profibus and Profinet options also available. SAM 4.0 can integrate and control up to 16 air compressors, blowers, or vacuums.
